Creative Journaling 101 is a self-paced online program with an in person feel. It's an introduction to Creative Journaling a unique and powerful tool that when consistently used will change your life for the better. And a great place to practice The 4 Principles of Authentic Change. Through the playful tactile exercises you will naturally begin to reconnect to yourself. You will reclaim your refrigerator art and allow yourself to play without judgment. You will learn to create a safe experimental environment within your journal that will reconnect you to your authentic self and creative side that flourished organically before your censor and critic were developed.
